In order to advocate the concept of “fair employment without hindrance in the workplace”, SAI actively practices corporate social responsibility and joins hands with the Yunlin County Government to organize this year’s SAI Family Day and the 2023 Yunlin County International Day of Persons with Disabilities, by integrating the rights and well-being of people with disabilities as the theme of the event, sustainability and social responsibility education will be promoted into the lives of participants. SAI also hopes that through the participation of enterprises and the introduction of thousands of employees and their families, it will attract more public attention, further expand the influence of the event, support “diversified participation” with practical actions, and implement “happiness leadership”.

Paper Windmill Theater, the most famous children’s theater in Taiwan, was invited on the night of Dec. 1st to perform “The Adventures of Sweet Potato”, through vivid plot conveyed the issue of environmental protection and sustainability to children of all ages, attracting an audience of up to 3,000 people. In addition, SAI also tried to implement “paperless” operation for the first time in this year’s Family Day. All publicity and tickets were distributed using electronic systems. The social concept of diversity and equality and the practice of resource sustainability were integrated into those games. We hope to educate the public and arouse more people’s attention in an entertaining way. In terms of building an ESG sustainable supply chain, SAI also established the Safety family, taking the lead as a local “core enterprise” and sharing its rich experience in occupational safety and health to jointly assist in coaching contractors of the supply chains, we want to create a competitive and successful mutual aid model altogether.
