SAI RESAICAL® Aluminum
RESAICAL® 100% Recycled Aluminum
Based on social responsibility as a citizen of Earth, apart from specializing in offering solutions for automotive wheels and chassis parts, we are also committed to maintaining the sustainable development of the environment. Our 100% recycled aluminum empowers the sustainable life of aluminum and is the best realization of energy conservation, waste reduction, and the circular economy for environmental sustainability.
The Greener, The Better
Aluminum is 100% recyclable and can be recycled again and again without degrading its inherent value. Secondary Production is the process of recycling aluminum scrap into aluminum that can be used again—an environmentally sound process that is around 95% more energy efficient than primary production. Each year we can smelt and recycle about 40,000MT of aluminum scraps from the manufacturing process. If each MT of recycled aluminum can reduce the environmental impact and 9tCO2e from 6MT of bauxite mining, we can reduce emissions of about 360,000tCO2e each year, equivalent to the carbon reduction of 935 Taipei Daan Parks each year.
With the highly automated HERTWICH smelting facilities, we produce high-quality aluminum meeting international standards through a low energy consumption manufacturing process. It is estimated that 50% of our raw materials will come from 100% recycled aluminum by 2025.
Make a difference by choosing RESAICAL®
In addition to a competitive strength, sustainability is a compulsory action to address challenges from climate change in corporate social responsibility (CSR). Compared to the global average emission of primary aluminum production, our 100% recycled aluminum RESAICAL® reduce carbon footprint (CFP) significantly by 98%, way better than the recycled aluminum products of other manufacturers. RESAICAL® helps you realize the goal of sustainable development and satisfy the demand of consumers focusing more on climate change issues.
