Since its founding in 2013, the Yunlin County SAI Fu-De Social Welfare and Charity Foundation has dedicated to spreading SAI’s expertise and compassion into warmth that nourishes society. SAI recognizes that simple material assistance (“giving a fish”) can only address immediate, short-term needs. Only by equipping those in need with the capacity for self-reliance (“teaching to fish”) can kindness be transformed into lasting vitality.
