The foundation gathers and makes the most efficient allocation of social resources in coordination with the government’s social welfare policy. By setting “give a man a fish and he will eat for a day; teach a man how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime” as the corporate motto, we hope that beneficiaries can become self-reliant, give a new life to special skills, and pay them forward.

Corporate governance
The board of directors (Board) enhances the supervision and management of operations to strengthen corporate governance. We also establish the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee to facilitate the Board in carrying out its duties.
Supply chain management (SCR)
Setting sustainable operations as the principle, we maintain close cooperation with the supply chain to achieve mutual assistance for mutual benefits and sustainable business growth.
Sustainable talents
We value employee opinions and actively hold labor–management meetings and form the staff welfare committee to promote opinion exchange with employees. Each department also holds communication meetings from time to time to cohere consensus through consultation and thereby promote labor–management harmony.
Social engagement
The Company and foundation sponsor local charitable activities regularly, hoping to promote resident well-being by giving back to society for what is taken from society. Aiming to promote charitable actions, we hope to contribute to corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the inheritance of special skills and promotion of social welfare and charity.
